If you are unsure of your proficiency in written Chinese we recommend you start with this level of test.Once you can routinely score between 13 and 15 points on our basic tests, consider moving up to our HSK Intermediate level, at which we introduce more difficult vocabulary and grammar patterns, and place a heavier emphasis on expressing emotional nuance and meaning.

What exactly is the difference between 只要 and 只有 in question nine anyway? I answered 只要 but that seems to be wrong. Don't both mean "if only"?Also - why we can't end question three with 啊. When I say the sentence to myself it feels natural to end it with an aaaa or a yaaaa sound, but that may be from spending a bit of time in southern China.

@swigr - took a bit to track down, but the traditional character issue should be fixed. The problem ended up being cross-browser differences in the handling of our annotation code. Let us know if you run into any other problems.

Please remember this two groups: 只要...就(eg. 只要你喜欢，我就给你买。）；只有...才（eg. 只有好好学习，才能取得好成绩。）。
The main difference is 只要...就 means if you do sth, then you will get the result you want; for 只有...才 we are not sure if we can get the result or not.
"啊” can't show the past tense. Q3 there means " I've been waiting for you for a long time".

Is it possible to have the option to view simplified and pinyin at the same time for the quizzes, as switching between simplified and pinyin results in losing the currently selected answers. Seeing the simplified and pinyin at the same time would definitely be my preference.
I think the combination of radio and check boxes for display options works very well on the lesson texts. Great stuff.

“比不得”的意思更接近“比不了（liao3)”，但是一般人们很少说“比不得”，它们都是可以单独用的，或者宾语放在前边，比如：“我跟他可比不得/了”。
“比不上”一般都在后边接宾语，比如“我的成绩比不上她”。
