To all those folks in the northern capital, I'm spending my second straight National Day break here and have again been rewarded with Beijing's famously blue cloudless skies. The city is really shining. I've decided to move to Beijing every year for the last week of September. Yeah. It's fantastic out today. The pollution index has been below 20 for the last 48 hours. I don't think Beijing has been this clean in the past year.
