Everything is coming up flowers and chocolate in our episode of Film Friday this week. That's right - after an onslaught of action and science fiction films - we've finally settled on a romantic comedy. But which one? Our clip this week is more difficult than last week's, but we think Intermediate students have a good chance. So listen up, and if you think you know which film our clip is from get your guess in to echo@popupchinese.com for a chance to win a free month of Premium access at Popup Chinese.

Great idea to have a film friday and to listen to some film scenes.

Would it also be possible to write down the sentences you're going through?

This way the words are better to be remembered.

Have a nice weekend

@sven, echo - I think we should avoid putting up the transcript the week of the contest - it may make the film too obvious in some cases. Perhaps we can get in the habit of posting the transcript when we announce the results though. That might be the best way to handle it.

Yeah, it would make this feature more deaf-friendly too.

Life became a little more enjoyable, having America's eminent fake news organization being bought out by the PRC Government. Loads of Laughs.

Go to Lazy and Insolent American Kids. Maybe my favorite.

I think they just made it up. Did you see the characters? I only saw yu wan mei.

Very funny though, "Potato-Faced Youngster Lauded For Memorizing Primitive 26-Character Alphabet" is verging on genius :-)
