Answer: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094291/The big clue here was the proper name tucked at the end. Gai1ke4 is their translation of "Gekko" (Gordon Gekko). The scene is part of the "Greed is Good" speech. And the screenwriter? Oliver Stone.
