I've listened to Sinica podcast for almost a year now. Kaiser rocks:) Just found it has "community stuff" page. I'm a native Chinese speaker, working at Haidian, Beijing. I think it's safe to say I am patient with mandarin beginners since I used to tutor American kindergarteners Chinese. It was quite challenging.
