I am currently in China and it seems from some places the popupchinese website is retricted.
We can check access in Beijing. We get reports every now and then, but it usually works out to local network problems accessing foreign-hosted sites. In the meantime, anyone else having this problem?

I admire any foreigner able to survive in China without a VPN to call their own:-) Add one to your basic survival kit.
