Also, not Chinese per se, but this French/Vietnamese producer called Onra released two albums called Chinoiseries part 1 & 2. They each have thirty-odd instrumentals in which he samples old Vietnamese and Chinese records from the 60's and 70's. It has a really authentic, vintage feel, but with a modern twist.
