Thanks for your help. I've just pulled up the database to look at this and all of the issues you are reporting seem to be in the HSK lists, not the actual lesson content. This is material we outsourced to a Hanban team in Beijing, but we are responsible for making sure the material is correct. I will have someone go through the lists again today in order to try and catch these problems and identify any that you have missed. Apologies for causing you these problems.
