I think he means 新闻网页, News page. I remember when I was new at the language and constantly confused 消息 and 新闻 which both translate to "news" in English.

Ah who am I kidding? I'm no less confused now then I was then...

对了，还有一个问题，这几天新的考试那个网页总是会出问题，我已经上瘾了，我就是想不断的考试啊！
