Hi Sean,

It looks like there was a entry in our dictionary without the pinyin. That probably floated to the top and so the pinyin didn't display. I've just fixed it by adding the pinyin, so the next release of the plugin will fix this problem. If you notice any other issues (or missing words) by the way, feel free to edit them directly in our collaborative dictionary:

Edits aren't real-time, but we review the entries about once a month and flush them out to our various plugins as well as the Adso engine, etc.
