The toggle button is on the Tools menu as well as the Right-Click menu. Once it has been enabled for the first time, you can also hit "Control-Shift-A" to toggle it on/off with only the keyboard.

There's an "Add-ons" button under the Tools menu that will let you manage all of your plugins, etc. if you want to uninstall, pause, etc.
