Under active development. We'd originally been intended to launch new hsk materials with a relaunch of the site, but have instead been adding features over the last month or so in a bit of a rolling and less obvious upgrade.
Two big things we haven't gotten around to yet are the new HSK materials and improved advanced podcasts.
On the HSK front, it's possible to prepare for the new test in the meantime by approximating downward from the current version. i.e. the new test tops out at around level 8-9 of the old one, so intermediate-advanced students can focus on the intermediate materials here and not worry too much about the very difficult top-end stuff.
That said, be sure that you'll be taking the international version before you adopt this strategy. If you're planning to take the HSK in China, there is a good chance you'll end up taking the old one, as it continues to be used here and there's any plans to drop it for Japanese and Korean students, or native speakers for whom mandarin is a second language.
