We may have a third-party app coming out soon that will support Popup Chinese transcripts and stuff internally, along with audio streaming. If not we will probably push one out ourselves.

If you use iTunes, you can get the transcripts by deleting the podcasts app and using the built-in media player to play the podcasts are regular mp3 files. Then tapping on the screen will still work to pull up the id3 tags with the transcripts.
