I only know of Dashan (大山， Mark Rowswell）, who's very popular in the foreigner community (as well as the Chinese). You should be able to find plenty of things on youku with him speaking mandarin.

I would also be very interested in learning some others as well, or getting some references to existing podcasts like dragonfly stated above.
