Hmmm.... not sure why you're having trouble. Just in case something strange is happening, what you're supposed to do is click on the "View in iTunes" link below the top-left graphic. That should prompt you to open iTunes and will show you the app page once it loads. Then you should be able to install it like everything else... should of course being the operative word.

If that doesn't work another way to find the app is searching for "HSK Test" within the App Store ON YOUR iPHONE or iPAD. Our app is the first result for that exact search for me.
