I made some research on the internet and found MANY many chinese courses in China and in Hong-Kong. Because of the dates, it seems I'll have to go for one-to-one courses.

Unfortunately, I have no idea which schools are good or not. Any recommendation?

I would prefer to find a school in Hong-Kong or Beijing; unless you know a really great school :)
