Are you using Internet Explorer? It is known not to play nicely with iTunes, in which case try the manual solution. If you visit this page:

You should see the address of your personal feed at the end of the first paragraph. Try opening iTunes, clicking on the "Advanced" file menu option and selecting "Subscribe to Podcast". Provide your personal RSS feed URL when prompted and iTunes should take care of things automatically.

Be warned that a fully-loaded feed can be quite large, so it can take a while for iTunes to download the whole thing. Can you let me know if this ends up working for you?
