捉弄 means pretty much the same to 戏弄, but a bit less serious. For instance, 孩子之间经常互相捉弄.

If it's romantically, you can use 玩弄, but it's already a negative word. For example, 那个花花公子玩弄了她的感情.

And the most popular men now are 高富帅 (tall, rich and handsome).
