Hi,
Thanks again for the great learning features! Small thing - if I take the quiz for a lesson via the website it respects my display preference and gives me the quiz in Pinyin but the Quiz section in the related customized lesson pdf is in Hanzi. However the Text section of the pdf respects my display preference and is shown in Pinyin and the Vocab section also matches my settings preferences.
It isn't a big deal but it would be nice to be corrected especially since it looks like most of the code to do so is already there.
Xiexie,
Trevor
@trevor.l.davis,Ok. The site should be updated so that the quiz section will come out in pinyin too if people opt for that as their default display option.I think the original thinking was not to provide pinyin on the quiz since some of the questions (at the absolute beginner level) were how to pronounce various words. But you're right that we should let people display things in pinyin if they want -- there's no good reason to take the option away from people who might find it useful. Thanks for the ping about this,--david

@trevelyanThanks for the fix! Since I've decided to postpone actively learning the Hanzi until later having the quiz available in pinyin is helpful for practicing my understanding even if those few pronunciation questions become trivial ;-) The tone markings do still get tested in Review mode...
