我大概隔年去露个脸lòuliǎn or lùliǎn? Is there a convention for handling this character (露)?
It should be lòuliǎn, because it's a colloquial expression. It's lù whenever it's used in more formal words and phrases, like 吐露，显露 etc. When it's used as a noun, it's always lù.--Echoecho@popupchinese.com

Thanks Echo! How do you usually say 泄露? My dictionary has both xièlù and xièlòu as possible pronunciations.
