If I make a mistake, like dropping something on the ground, I go:

-Oops.

In chinese, I can say,

-不好意思.

But if it happens to someone else. Like if my little baby drops something, or stumbles. What's the appropriate phrase for me to say?

If you want to reassure someone else in such a situation maybe you can say: 沒關係 or 不要緊 ...

Echo, 對不對?

What about an equivalent to:

-Oopsydaisy.

This is rather more cheerful and engouraging than just "Oops", but you would never use it between adults. Its for adults speaking to small children. Are any of the expressions you mentioned cute like that?

In this case, we usually just say 哎哟 ....

--Echo
