If you're particularly observant you may have noticed our latest addition to Popup Chinese: the courses section. This is our way to help people who want more structured and goal-oriented learning.

Right now we've only got one course up there - an introductory course for complete beginners. We're planning to swap additional lessons into and out of this course over time in order to improve it, so feedback on the materials is very welcome (what is missing? what lessons would you remove and what needs to replace them?). We'll be putting up additional courses on different subjects as well. The key criteria that makes a course a course in our opinion is that the lessons are progressive and goal-oriented.

One additional feature worth noting: everyone probably knows how to subscribe to our shows at this point (visit the show page and click subscribe). Likewise, all of our courses also have a subscribe button. If you click on this, all of the lessons in the course will be bookmarked and fed out to your RSS feed at the pace of one lesson per day. A small touch designed to make it easier for newcomers to handle the learning.
