In the sentence 我现在出去散心, is 散心 sànxīn or sǎnxīn?

It's 散心 san4xin1.
散 has two sounds:
san3:
verb: to come loose; to fall apart 松song1散；懒lan3散
adjective: scattered 散乱
noun: Chinese medicine(in powder form) 散剂ji4
san4:
verb: to break up; to disperse; to distribute 散心；分散；散落luo4
