Two quick questions :-)

1. Does 与时俱进引领时代 mean "stay abreast of modern developments so we can lead the times/show the way to others"? I get that 与时俱进 means to be contemporary/progressive, but am unsure about 引领时代.

2. Is there a standard pronunciation of 与时俱进? I checked a few dictionaries. Some say yǔshí-jūjìn; others say yǔshí-jùjìn.
