I'm passing along a recommendation I saw on Chinese Forums. It's 尸兄, a 20-part animated cartoon for adults. I watched the first episode and thought it was funny and well done. Upper-immediate level, with colloquial slang. Each part is under 10 minutes long. Not for children, and probably not everyone's cup of tea (e.g., in the first episode, the main character cries “吸你大爷啊”before slicing a zombie's head off).CHINA LINK:http://v.baidu.com/comic/7020.htm?video_uri=comic.basic.002057.1378975503.1YOUTUBE LINKhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbw7Z0ulDe8

牛!
That's great thanks, especially for the Baidu link! Does anyone know of any similar short videos? It's hard to find something with a lower language level that isn't aimed for young kids.Luckily from the Popup Chinese lessons in the past, my knowledge of vampire/zombie-related vocab has helped with 尸兄.If there's ever a popular TV show about Nazi eunuchs fighting pirates & rabbits in space, I should be well prepared for this as well.Popup Chinese team, feel free to use that last sentence as a testimonial!
These are excellent short videos on the topic of sex education: http://v.qq.com/cover/b/bc0z4m08lke68r2.htmlVery well done artistically, with both English and Chinese subtitles. Also very open-minded! Good for you, China!
For those of you missing 高级播客, take a listen to the weekly Chinese news podcast 新闻酸菜馆: https://itunes.apple.com/cn/podcast/xin-wen-suan-cai-guan/id473501583?mt=2 Two young journalists discuss current events, sometimes also invite guests on the show. Very upbeat, quite fast-paced, commercial free and just overall very thoughtful.
