Aren't some of these Chinese New Year/Spring Festival well wishes? What do Chinese people say to each other during Spring Festival and what do they say to each other during the Traditional Western New Year?

Are there any set 吉祥话 associated with the western new year?

可以说：新年快乐，新年好，其他的像身体健康，万事如意，也可以。但是比较传统的岁岁平安，年年有余，恭喜发财，在这儿就不太合适了。
