Hey PPC team:

I'm working on my reading, hoping to prep for an HSK 5 and also for my job, but I'm not yet at the level of reading your annotated news articles on the site. Any suggestions of good resources for specifically reading practice? I've got a textbook and have been (slowly) reading 哈利波特#1 on my own but I'd like other sources, maybe something more structured.

Thanks!

This University of Iowa site offers a variety of reading materials on beginning,intermediate, and advanced levels. Structured pre/post tests are included with the texts. You will need an email to register for free access. http://collections.uiowa.edu/chinese/

@user77099,

Thanks so much for passing along the link! Seems like this is a helpful way to monitor your progress and increase by steps - hopefully will be very helpful as soon as I can calibrate where along their lesson stream I should begin.
